Online Personal Training
You may not live near Mari Carmen Fitness’s studio, this does not have to be problem. Purchase our online personal training programmes and achieve our recognised high level of support. Upon signing up Mari Carmen Fitness will schedule a online consultation in order to find out more information about you and your goals. Once all information has been collected Mari Carmen and her team will design a bespoke programme which includes support with your nutrition. If weight loss is your goal then you will be given bespoke calories to work towards. During your sessions Mari Carmen Fitness will hold you accountable with your nutrition by asking you lots of questions and providing you with top tips to improve this component.

Group Personal Training
Do you like working out with others? Do you and a friend want to train together? Training with a friend or your partner is so much fun, the extra competition can be very motivating.
Group training sessions can be done with a maximum of 3 people at one time. The exercise programme will be designed to support all of your needs with the option of progression and regression to ensure all clients are challenged appropriately. You will receive support with your nutrition during the session and the option for weekly weigh-ins if you are looking to lose weight.
