As the founder of Mari Carmen Fitness, I bring my background in Paediatric Nursing and personal experience as a mother of three to every aspect of what we do. My passion is helping mums achieve their fitness, health, and wellness goals in a way that fits seamlessly into their busy lives. Through our programmes, we focus not only on exercise but also on mindset, nutrition, and overall well-being, offering practical solutions that work for the whole family.

Health and fitness have been integral to my own mental and physical health, especially during my antenatal and postnatal journey. Recognising that no two mothers are the same, our programmes are tailored to address individual needs while providing the knowledge and tools to create lasting change.     Alicja is a certified personal trainer, mum of three, and fitness professional with over 20 years of experience. With a background in physiotherapy, she understands the unique needs of women before, during, and after pregnancy, bringing a compassionate and expert approach to her work. Alicja is passionate about empowering women to feel strong, confident, and healthy through tailored fitness programs.

    Specialising in HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts, Alicja designs short, effective sessions that maximise results while fitting into busy schedules. Her programs focus on building strength, endurance, and energy while emphasising safe movement to prevent injuries.

    Alicja’s approach integrates fitness, posture, mobility, and recovery to support overall well-being at every stage. Each plan is personalised to suit individual goals, lifestyles, and fitness levels, making it easier for women to incorporate exercise into their routines.
