Fit Mama and Baby Postnatal
Have you just had a baby? Do you want to focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength? Do you want to meet other like-minded mums? Join our Fit Mama and Baby classes, suitable for women 6 weeks plus.
The classes focus on core restoration and pelvic floor exercises using body weight and resistance bands.
Tuesdays (term-time only) 10 am, Leamington Therapy and Fitness Centre

Fit Mama Circuits
Join our Strength Mum and Toddler classes, perfect for those further along in their postnatal journey ready to resume resistance training with support. In our friendly and inclusive environment, you’ll learn to lift weights safely while bonding with your little one. Suitable for young babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, these classes let you focus on your fitness goals without leaving your child behind!

Group HIIT Class
Join our Evening HIIT class, designed to empower women of all abilities and fitness levels. In a safe and inclusive environment, you'll experience high-intensity intervals that challenge your body while being supportive and motivating. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Mondays (term-time only) 7.30 pm, St Chads Centre Bishops Tachbrook
